THE WALKING DEAD

The Walking Dead is an American dramatic and terror series created and produced by Frank Darabont. The series is based on the namesake comic of Robert Kirkman. The Walking Dead takes place in a post-apocalyptic world and it is stars in for Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) a police officer that in waking up of coma finds a world full of wild zombies. When he finds his family, he joins with a survivals group that arrives to lead. The story set in Georgia, USA. The series narrates experiences of this group, which confront both the plague and other groups of persons which also fight to survive.

The series performs for the first time in 31st of October on 2010 for the channel of AMC and the second season in 16th of October on 2011, but the third season performs for the first time in 14th of October on 2012 and the fourth season in 13th of October on 2013. Finally the fifth season performs for the first time in 12th of October on 2014.

The series was nominated Writers Guild of America Award and Golden Globe Award in the category of the best series. The first season got an audience of 5.3 million of people and in the fourth season the audience rose to 16.1 million of people.
